Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices do not include shipping and handling (S&H) and shipping insurance. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. 6% GST is collected for provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and two territories. 6% GST and 7% PST is collected for orders in British Columbia. 15% HST is collected for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. 14.025% (GST+QST) is collected for orders in Quebec. We accept MasterCard and Visa for all orders.
Shipping:
We use Canada Post Expedited, Canada Post Xpress and Purolator for shipment in North America. You can choose it when you finish shopping and ready to check out. You can also select insurance coverage. Basic coverage is free and covering up to $100. All orders will be processed within two days of check out. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail on your order information. In case of special requests or backorders, a notification will be sent to your e-mail from our staff.
Returns:
If you are not satisfy with our products, Skin Theory provides a 15-day money back guarantee from the time of receipt of goods. Send back the products in the same condition as you received it and let us know your comment so we can improve and make better products for the future. Shipping and handling (S&H) and shipping insurance charges are non-refundable. For purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund.
Backorders and Cancelled orders:
Skin Theory uses Just In Time methods and we do not have large inventory because we would like to provide our customer with fresh products. You will receive a backorder notice if the products need a longer period to make before shipping. To cancel an order, contact us via e-mail sales@skintheory.com or by phone/fax.
